Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging or similar
  3. Include your RA number and order number with your return
  4. Ship your return to our address (provided in return authorization email)
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

For returns due to a defect or error on our part, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this when initiating your return. We'll process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

If the item you want to exchange for has a different price, we'll either charge or refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care items
  • Items damaged through customer use

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take your bank additional time to process the refund.

You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
